Check Out Kate Hudson’s Recipe For The Ultimate Mocha Smoothie
If you often sleep late then waking up in the morning just might be the hardest thing to do. You not only have to get dressed for the day but also have to prepare a decent breakfast before heading out the door. Usually, people tend to save time by making themselves a good ol’ breakfast smoothie that provides them some morning nutrition, kickstarts their mind and body, and gives that instant energy boost.
But, which type of smoothie works for you? And which recipe should you choose?
Meet the Fabulous Kate Hudson
Now if you are receiving a smoothie recipe from Kate Hudson, you should know that it is going to be extraordinary, just like the actress herself. Born in Los Angeles, California, Hudson trod on the path to become one of America’s most loved celebrities. She gained prominence through the film Almost Famous which also got her a Golden Globe. She then went on to make hits after hits like How to Lose a Guy in 10 days, Raising Helen, The Skeleton Key, Fool’s Gold, Bride Wars, and many more. These are only a few of the accolades she has under her name. Hudson is also a businesswoman with a successful fitness brand called Fablectics.
A New Era For Hudson
Kate Hudson is now a mother of 3 which means that the actress also has to practice some serious time management skills while simultaneously running a business and keeping up with her daily workouts. She has recently switched up her morning routine with something that is filling and nutritious to keep her up and running for the day.
The recipe calls for some special ingredients like the Green Protein (chocolate flavor) powder and the Brain Flow Good Thinking powder which you can get from Hudson’s own plant-based supplement brand called Inbloom.
