If you have daily prescriptions that you need to take in the morning, make sure you leave them on your bedside table the night before with a glass of water. In this way, you can drink your meds on time and be organized early in the morning. The experts emphasize the importance of putting them in a familiar spot to take them immediately so you can focus on your next important tasks.
Organize your Cosmetics Properly
If you have a makeup, it is imperative that you leave them on the table the night before so that you don’t have to dig in your seemingly bottomless bag when you need to apply them. Piling everything into a small pouch might seem convenient, but shuffling through your bag early in the morning can cause you to be late either in your appointment or at work.
