That is what they refer to as the intermittent fasting, that has benefit famous recently since some of the biggest celebrities in Hollywood have been doing it, such as Hugh Jackman, Kourtney Kardashian, Chris Pratt, Halle Berry, and Vanessa Hudgens. For those who wish to try it, here are some of the things that you need to know about it, as well as what Hudgens do to make it work.

In order to stay fit or lose weight, more and more celebrities have been trying the intermittent fasting. This is basically an eating pattern wherein it helps the body get used to a particular cycle between periods of fasting and then eating. Some dietitians say that it doesn’t exactly specify what you need to eat or what are the foods you can’t have, it’s just about how often or when you must consume them.

Other dietitians don’t even consider this as a diet, but more of an eating pattern. The most basic way to do it is to have an intermittent fasting every single day for 16 to 24 hours, and you must commit to it twice a week. It is not exactly bad for the body, or else dietitians and health experts wouldn’t approve of it. Fasting is something that the human body is designed to do, although we need food, the human body can function without food for a short amount of time.

It is, of course, going to have an effect on the body, and one of those effects is to lose a couple of pounds.
There are actually a few methods when it comes to intermittent fasting. The most common one is the Leangains protocol, wherein you must skip breakfast and eat for a certain time during the day before fasting again for 16 hours. This will affect the body in a lot of ways, just like how your body will have to adjust on its hormone levels so it could adapt to the strokes body fat, making this eating pattern such a powerful weight loss tool.

High School Musical actress and singer Vanessa Hudgens have been asked so many times how exactly does she maintain such an amazing physique all these years making her look like she doesn’t age at all. When she was preparing for her photo shoot for Women’s Health magazine, Hudgens revealed that she had to do the intermittent fasting, but not to lose weight, but for her to feel and look healthier.

She has been in the spotlight for over a decade and she still manages to look good without having to go through surgical procedures like other celebrities.

The singer and actress revealed that what she always does is that whenever she doesn’t feel happy with how she looks, she does something to change it. In an interview, she stated that she believes in her own power of taking control of how she looks. She knows that natural changes make take time but the results will make her happy anyway. It is one of her main reasons for doing the intermittent fasting.

Along with it, she makes sure to work out about six times a week by doing ballet, yoga, hiking, and more. Hudgens also revealed that she doesn’t exactly restrict herself when it comes to what she wants to eat, but she makes sure that she eats what makes her healthy and they must taste amazing as well. She knows she can’t just eat junk whenever she wants, so now she has become someone who would work out for fun since it motivates her and makes her look and feel better.
