She sticks to her lean diet, eating fresh fruits and vegetables for six days a week. The remaining day serves as her cheat day where Bullock indulges in sweets and her favorite fast foods. Despite her indulgence, Bullock remains healthy and beautiful since she avoids eating artificial sugars and processed foods most of the time.
