This is because HIIT exercise only needs about 15 minutes of your time, it won’t interfere with your busy schedule unlike with cardio, where you need at least 30 minutes to one hour to commit in your exercise workout. In which, most people fail to commit in long term.
However, even with HIIT workouts, Lean was aware that it may not work for everyone else. He is aware that individual body has unique needs that we need to address.
