It can even become your motivation to do better or something positive after a thorough heart-to-heart conversation with concered parties.

According to the experts, many common factors can trigger your anger namely losing your patience, feeling underappreciated, injustice, feeling offended, or by simply hurting someone’s feelings. Memories of enraging or traumatic events, worrying about your work or personal problems can also cause you to get angry.
Some people may also experience unique anger triggers based on the culture or environment they’re in, as well as what they were taught to expect from others and the world around you.
For example, if your parents failed to teach you how to express your anger appropriately, you might end up being frustrated since you don’t have the necessary outlet to vent out your feelings. If not, the rage you feel continues to build up until it explodes into an angry outburst.

If not, you can also draw or paint to express your raging emotions.
While it’s also okay to suppress your anger or extend your patience to avoid any arguments or quarrel, you should keep yourself in check if the anger holding keeps on building up inside you. Since this anger may channel to yourself or you’ll develop a passive-aggressive behavior. It’s important you also tell them when you’re angry so that they’ll be mindful of your emotions.

According to research studies, expressing your anger inappropriately can be harmful to your health and wellbeing. It triggers physical chronic pain, and it’s linked to high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, and peptic ulcers.
